Please help a local blind man and his guide dog to get a council place in Liss. Matt has been staying at his friend’s for 3 years & is desperately in need of a one bedroom bungalow with an enclosed garden for his guide dog Rose. He grew up in the village and knows his routes so cannot move out of the area. He is on a low income and has been waiting for 3 years for a proper home. This petition will be presented to East Hampshire District Council as it is time the situation is resolved.
