Customer Information Form 
It is really important that our partnership starts off and continues with a positive outcome. 
In order to assist us and to ensure we know everything possible before we begin and while we are on your property. Can you please read and answer the questions below.

Before we move onto the questions here is a summary of how we operate

Visiting 
Once the acceptance has been made we will start preparing your property for building services. This may include visiting with a scaffolding team, project team inspections, employee visits, building inspections and other third party trips to ensure everything is in place prior to the actual building services.

We will always call you pre any visit (unless otherwise agreed to visit without), we will always announce ourselves by knocking on the door first just to let you know we are here.

Illness
If a member of your household is unwell and it is possible for it to spread to our builders, please could you contact us.

Setup
During the setup of the project the communication team will  provide you with access to the client portal and scheduling information. The team will keep you posted and let you know when we are arriving to build.

Your furniture
It is always advised to remove all items that surround the area we are building close by to to avoid any mishaps from happening. Things like outdoor furniture, pot plants and any delicates that could be knocked over should be out of the building space. Our team have been advised to take photos of the pre working space and are also instructed to take photos each day to support our communication and accounting teams in terms of progress payment schedules.

Weather
Weather plays a major role in when we start and when we can complete a project. 

We will do our best to start and complete on the time discussed but due to weather issues we may be delayed

Animals
Please keep all animals away from our trades people as they can get in the way and some of our builders do not like to be around and feel unsafe with large or barking dogs especially

Clean up and Water access
Our tradespeople will require an place to setup and clean each day. Please can you provide an area and let them know where this is located. 

Bathroom 
As the tradesperson are on your premises for most of the day we may ask to use your facilities. We will respect this area and ensure we leave it as we found it. If you prefer we do not use your facilities please select that option below. 

Equipment
The tradesperson may leave the equipment on your premises where deemed suitable. This can include, ladders and electrical cords. If you prefer we can take everything away each day.

Preparing for someone in your home and starting times
We tend to begin work around 7.30 each day with breaks and lunches as per normal and will generally leave around 4.30pm. We will be mindful that you maybe asleep when we arrive and will attempt to keep the noise to a minimum during the period. This can be discussed in more detail later when the tradesperson arrives on your property.
