My name is Jodie Carr, the Detachment Commander at Clipstone Army Cadet Force, Nottinghamshire ACF, a non-profit organisation that strives to prepare our youth for success that lasts a lifetime.
The reason for this GoFundMe page, is that our unit minibus, sadly got into an accident which is now jeopardising everything we have planned for our cadets this year.
We are trying to raise funds for these repairs. The minibus plays a vital part in making sure we can deliver the best cadet experience possible. Ferrying our cadets to and from camps, events, parades, competitions as well as carrying our extensive kit/equipment cross country and training areas! We are really going to struggle without it.
For years, our organisation has thrived due to the generous hearts of people who believe in what we stand for. Today, I write to you with an appeal to ask if you could extend your support towards our organisation through a donation. Any amount that you contribute would be an immense help.
