We had the good fortune of connecting with Davide Pascucci and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Davide, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
The ability to be able to help people in general, but in particular to be able to solve their problems, and to have the freedom of choices and decide what to do tomorrow.

What should our readers know about your business?
We are an industrial system integrator company that provides innovative solutions for the manufacturing industry and helps corporations digitally transform their factories. Our strengths are:
Integrity – you can trust us, we are an extension of your team
Speed – of execution, rest assured that we are faster to troubleshoot, execute and implement automation solutions than our competitors
Professionalism – we are prepared in our field, we know ins and outs, new devices, and applications that can help in almost every scenario.

I just started in 2021, so I have a lot of goals and targets to hit, but I am in a way better position than one year ago.

It wasn’t easy and is still hard, doing business requires a level of leadership above average and also a general knowledge of the different aspects of the business like taxes, financial, investments etc.

There are many lessons I learned, one of those hires slowly, and fire quickly, and another one is to trust but verify, and also give and it will be given.

I’d like the world to know us for the way we serve people, and that they can trust us as persons and also for the work we deliver.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
In the DFW metroplex, the places I like most are:

The Gaylord Texan Hotel
The Frisco area including the Dallas Cowboys HQ
Grapevine (main street)
Downtown Dallas and the JFK assassination area
The Stockyard in Fort Worth
Hurtado Barbecue in Arlington (best BBQ place so far!)
Partenope Italian Restaurant
Cane Rosso Italian Pizzeria
Texas Live, the AT&T stadium and the new Texas Ranger ballpark
The Omni Hotel
The Crescent Hotel

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My wife – for the daily support and the continued constructive critics that are helping me be better every day, and for introducing me to the God of the Bible. Robert Kiyosaki – for his financial wisdom and the book “Rich dad, poor dad”, I still listening to his podcast nowdays
Patrick Bet David – for his youtube channel “valuetainment”, that is where I got my stuff altogether, and where I got my final push to start my business.
