Kylie Madhav, MBA, LMSW, the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at SAGE, shared her insights on how counselors can gain a better understanding of the experiences and profound challenges faced by many transgender and gender nonbinary elders and how to better support these marginalized and underserved clients. SAGE is the world’s oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer/questioning (LGBTQ+) older people.
