To address digital rights protection and cybersecurity, during September, SCiDEV organized a training session in Tirana with representatives from nine local civil society organizations from the cities of Vlorë, Fier, Shkodër, Pogradec, Korçë, and Tirana, as part of the National Digital Rights Festival.
