Queer Art Fair's Art & Food Festival at Stonestown - Vendor Application
This is the application for the Queer Art Faire in 2024. (Address: Stonestown Galleria 501 Buckingham Way, San Francisco, CA 94132). Events will be held outdoors and will go on rain or shine. 

Please only pay for your vendor fee on our website once you have received a confirmation email and vendor info packet from us. 
Once you receive an acceptance email, you will have 2 business days to pay the respective vendor fee on our website.

For food vendors, you will also need to email us your TFF/MFF form and send in additional permit fee to "queerartfairofficial@gmail.com" when we send you a confirmation email.

Booth Options and Prices (some prices are different for holiday market in December): 
Full Booth Price (10x10 space with your own canopy required) - $215 
6x6 Space - Enough for 6 feet Table + Chair (no canopy) - $65
Discounted rate for vendors who bring an art activity to share with the public (to be approved by organizer): $25 for a 6x6 space

Please check to confirm your understanding of the requirements of the events: 
1) Each booth will need a 10x10 canopy or a 6x6 table and chairs (provided by the vendor). 
2) Every vendor needs to be prepared for the weather, such as wind, rain, mist, fog, and we are not liable for damage to your products in the case of weather. Every canopy also needs to be secured with proper weights, otherwise we will ask you to remove your canopy regardless of your payment to prevent any flying canopies. 
3) We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or emergencies that occur during the event. Each vendor is advised to have their own insurance to cover any damages to products and personal injury. 
4) Vendors responsible for removing all trash from their area and the event space. 
5) Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, and signage. No electrical access is available at Stonestown parking lot. 
6) There is no potable water in the location. The closest water station is in the mall at Stonestown, across the street. Please be prepared to bring your own water to the event.

Vendor Contract 

By selecting “Agree” when filling out the “Vendor Application,” vendors understand and agree to pay all listed fees on the “Vendor Application.” 

All vendors are responsible for the fiscal and physical security of their own merchandise. “The undersigned hereby assumes all risk of damages or harm as a result of the activities specified above and agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge the releasee from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage to the undersigned."

Safety

Participant will act with the highest regard for the safety of the attendees and other participants of the Event, and will adhere to all laws, policies, rules, and regulations applicable to the goods and/or activities of Participant, including obtaining all licenses, permits, and approvals that may be required to enable Participant to conduct its activities at the Event and fulfill its obligations under this Agreement. 

Age Requirements

Any artist under 18 must have an adult guardian sign up for them. Minors 17 and younger are not allowed.  Minors must come the day of the show with the signed waiver form.  The form must include their signature and the signature of their adult guardian.  Any seller under 18 must have an adult over the age of 18 with them at all times.  Age rules also apply to artists sharing the table with the primary artist.  

Payment Policies

Payment is for either a 10x10 or shared 10x10 space. Artists must be over 18 to purchase a table. For an artist under 18, an adult guardian may purchase a table for them. 

Table Policy

Vendors are responsible for securing their canopies at the event. The organizers will not assume responsibility if any property is damaged or people are injured by your table and display. You are responsible for keeping the area around your space clean during and after the fair. 

Liability

By reserving a space and accepting the “Vendor Application,” you accept that organizers will not be held responsible for damages, theft or loss of any property, personal or business, left of the premises before, during, or after the scheduled show hours. Also, the organizers cannot be held responsible for weather, fire, flood, or the city of San Francisco, or the state of California, or Federal Government of the United States emergency that might close the show down before, during, or after show hours. You are responsible for any and all damages caused to any person or to the facility due to malaise, miscommunication and poor booth setup, or reckless or misuse of facility and facility equipment or property.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend the fair, please let us know at your earliest convenience. We issue refunds up to 2 weeks before each event. Please email queerartfairofficial@gmail.com to request a refund for any special circumstances such as emergencies.
