To make communication in our team easier, we created Telegram groups for the different festival tasks. In the
groups we'll update you about current tasks + orga stuff. If you have questions/suggestions, feel free to communicate in these groups.

## SET UP & BREAK DOWN ##
Wanna see how a festival area gets in shape? --> join the set up team (22. + 23.06.)
- get the garden + stage in shape / moving things from a to b / decorating
the garden / set up pavillions, hammocks, benches, lightnings ... etc.
Wanna be part of the festival till the end? -->
join the break down team (25. + 26.06.)
- helping to restore the area: clean up the garden /
moving things from a to b /
remove trash ... etc.
- info: to start & finish the festival in a relaxed way, we need helping hands to rely on, so that the work doesn't stuck on few people. Please don't leave us alone with these important tasks :-)
## ENTRANCE ##
- welcoming the festival visitors
- sell and control tickets
- give out festival ribbons (Festival-Bändchen) + controll them

## FOOD ##
We get food from organic store "Bibernelle" and will create some delicious vegan dishes for crew + artists + visitors. Because of conditions of the health department we need to divide the Food crew into 2 different groups to sell our food "legally":
a) people with a hygienic certificate --> cooking
b) people without a hygienic certificate --> serving the food & cleaning
If you have questions about that, please use the knowledge in the Telegram group. There you'll get all the informations you need.
--> skills: enjoying to cook within a group. no special cooking skills needed.
## BAR ##
- selling drinks (limo/beer/...) to the visitors
- restocking the coolers in the bar
- later: cleaning the bar
--> skills: having fun to sell drinks to the visitors. don't get too tipsy while working ;-)
##SCREENPRINT##
Someone with minimum screen print experience required! Or someone who's super motivated to do so, than you can be taught easily :-)
- preparing the screen with Wencke & Melli (optional)
- standing outside the design späti on the festival
- helping visitors to print on tote-bags, t-shirts and paper
- explaining the basics of screenprinting to visitors
- cleaning up
