Casa Netural Gorizia – Northern Italy
(opening april 2024)
European Capital of Culture 2025, Gorizia is a city rich in history and cross-border between Italy and Slovenia.
Our coliving will be based in Via Rastello, which was the city’s main commercial axis for centuries, and where many merchants’ and artisans’ stores stood, just a stone’s throw from the Castle.
A perfect workation for digital nomads and remote workers and for those who want to get in touch with an area that is fervently preparing to become European Capital of Culture.

What is coliving
For us, coliving is not just sharing a house, but a collaborative way of living!
We launched our first coliving project in Italy in 2012, aiming to trigger social innovation processes by fostering connections between the local community of the city of Matera and international guests such as digital nomads, social innovators and curious travelers. Each residency is an opportunity to contaminate each other, grow together by sharing stories and visions, practice different languages and explore new cultures. Over the course of 10 years we have hosted so many people from all over the world building strong and fantastic relationships, and we look forward to making new friends!
Then, as a result of some explorations of the surrounding area, the Wonder Grottole project was born, which through coliving is regenerating the historic center of the small Lucanian town of Grottole starting with the use of abandoned buildings.
Now after many years we are restoring our house in Matera and we are about to open a second house in Gorizia.
Building networks on the territory and civic activation are two fundamental aspects of our projects, so our coliving spaces are attended every day by people who use the coworking space, social entertainers who develop cultural activities, and local residents who want to participate in scheduled events and get to know our guests.
In this way, coliving becomes a tool for generating social impact by triggering continuous cultural contamination.
An opportunity to unplug, share one’s professional projects or life changes. A way to get inspired, get to know other interesting projects and make new friends, look for new clients, and dive into new territories.
