Vendor calls to ask for a rider due to one of the below scenarios:
Bad Food Quality Issue raised by the customer to them.
Wrong Order and the order is completed.
Missing/Wrong Item/s and the order is completed.
General Rule:
We refuse any redelivery request;
If the order is cancelled, we keep it as cancelled and inform that the customer can place another order if wanted.
If the order is Successful, we keep it as it is and inform that the customer can reach our help center for more help.
If the main issue was Item/s related -Not the whole order-, we advise them to inform the customer that they can reach our help center for more help.
Contact Drivers:
Live order inquiries by the restaurant --> Issue with the Order --> (Based on the reason: Order information missing/Rider left some items)
