Young talent brings something special to any company’s roster. Innovative ideas. New perspectives. A willingness to take risks, break things and put them back together better than before.
To recognize this special group, each year the Denver Business Journal hosts the 40 Under 40 awards program, an event bringing together 40 of the Denver area’s top professionals under the age of 40 for an evening of celebration.
Earlier this week, we revealed the first and second groups of 10 winners for the program, and below you will find another 10.

The third group of 10 winners of the DBJ's 2023 40 Under 40 winners
Later this week, we'll introduce you to the final group of winners, as well as share this year's inductee to our Hall of Fame.
The 40 Under 40 Hall of Fame began in 2020 as a way to spotlight a former 40 Under 40 winner who has gone on to achieve greatness in the Mile High City and beyond.
Gov. Jared Polis was our first inductee, followed by Girl Scouts of Colorado CEO Leanna Clark in 2021 and Tami Door, former CEO of the Downtown Denver Partnership and current CEO of development company Q Factor, in 2022.
For the DBJ’s 27th 40 Under 40 event, we’ll be hosting our winners at the Infinity Park Event Center at 4400 E Kentucky Ave. in Glendale on Tuesday, March 9, for a dinner and awards ceremony.
But the honorees aren’t the only beneficiaries of the DBJ’s awards program. Readers will receive a sneak preview of these impressive individuals’ plans to revolutionize their respective industries in a special section in our March 10 weekly print edition. Q&As with the winners will also be featured on the DBJ’s website.
If you can't wait for that, check out insights from the DBJ's 2022 40 Under 40 class here.
Congratulations to all of this year's winners!
