But then I remembered Phone calls I dreaded Chest tensioning So, it evolved into Service 1 Step 4 You get 30 days to get good in your role You receive feedback daily, whether You do well or can do better Everybody fucks up something Here's what you can do better Everybody knocks it out the park Here's the things you are doing well Regardless of how anyone does They are trying their best For the most part Surprised? I have a nurturing side It is organically synthetic Not born with it (synthetic) But I experienced it (organic) I beat myself up alot when I screw up And what did my leaders do during that time They showed me what I could do better They didn't beat me up one bit That's the secret formula. People will give their best. It will blow up in their face. Ok So What Would you Do differently? Acknowledge what happened See what was learned from the event Determine course of action to prevent again How much does this actually cost you? Not a damn thing. What is it worth to someone trying their best?
