Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our dynamic team in the delivery of AR/VR/MR projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of the AR/VR/MR industry, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.

- Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure project alignment with their goals.

- Ensure the highest quality standards in all project outputs.

- Stay abreast of technological advancements in the AR/VR/MR/AI field and incorporate them into projects.

- Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

- Provide regular project updates to senior management.
- Fast decision making process with an elite team.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in the AR/VR/MR or related SI industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technology projects.

- Strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa Malay, other languages are bonuses.

- In-depth understanding of AR/VR/MR technologies and market trends.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable Qualifications:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with MNC/ Corporate clients/ projects and government project tender process.
- Work Independently and willing to travel. Possess own transportation.
