Event: Latin Kids Fiesta 2024
When? Saturday, March 2, 2024
Where? Gregory Park, Milton
What time? 12:00 pm start, 5:00pm finish
Please note that since this is an unpaid volunteering role, we dont expect that you stay for the duration of the entire event, just let us knw your availability down below.
The roles that Lazos Latinos are looking for are the following.:
Set up/Pack up of Marquees - 2 people
Role: Arrive early - 9:00 AM to the venue to assist with marquee set up
Set up/Pack up of "Giant Bubble Play Space" - 2 people
Role: Assist entertainer with the set up and pack of this space
Set up/Pack up of "Giant Lawn Games" - 2 people
Role: Assist entertainer with the set up and pack of this space
Supervision of Bouncy Castle - 2 people
Role: Supervise children as they line up and wait for their turn to use the bouncy castle. No shoes, food or drink allowed.
Meet & Greet during the event - 4 people
Role: Assist with greeting, welcoming and selling raffle tickets (fundraising to help support future events)
