What is the Council of Cities?
The OASC Council of Cities (CoC) is the group of all the city members within the OASC organisation. It is presided over by a coordinator, currently Rotterdam, and one or two deputy coordinators. They are elected from amongst their members and serve for a two-year term.

The coordinator and deputy coordinators are responsible for creating a platform for open, transparent and topical debate on interoperability in all its aspects for the members. They are also responsible for open communication lines with the OASC secretariat via regular meetings, e-mail and in person communication.
