Pretty Little Liars: Summer School adds Antonio Cipriano, more guest stars

The Pretty Little Liars drama lives on.

In the first season of Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, the teens of Millwood faced off against "A" and, somehow, made it out alive. But, as the logline for season 2, dubbed Pretty Little Liars: Summer School, states, now they're "facing a fate worse than death: summer school."

But this is Millwood, which means life is a lot more complicated than just having to attend a few extra classes for central teens Imogen (Bailee Madison), Minnie (Malia Pyles), Noa (Maia Reficco), Tabby (Chandler Kinney), and Faran (Zaria). As the logline continues, "A new villain (who may or may not have a connection to 'A') has come to town and is going to put them all to the test."

From executive producers Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and Lindsay Calhoon Bring, season 2 will also introduce some new faces. EW can exclusively reveal a handful of recurring guest stars (or new suspects, if you ask us), including Antonio Cipriano (National Treasure: Edge of History), who's joining the show as Johnny, "a self-professed player who works alongside Imogen at Millwood’s Ice Creamery. At first, it’s a rocky road, but soon, Johnny melts Imogen’s heart."

Ava Capri (Do Revenge) also joins the cast as Jen, "Noa’s former cell mate in juvenile detention who finds herself in summer school alongside the PLLs. Once reunited, Jen pulls Noa into messy drama both personal and criminal." 

Noah Alexander Gerry (Station 19) will play Christian, "a smart, charming New York City transplant who gets a job working alongside Tabby at the Orpheum. These two cinephiles soon develop a romance right out of a (horror) movie."

And finally, Loretta Ables Sayre (Magnum P.I.) joins as Lola, "Mouse’s beloved grandmother who has come to Millwood to live with her for the summer. Soon, Mouse begins to worry about Lola when she gets a little too invested in a Creepypasta-like online community."

As for when the drama will begin to unfold, EW can exclusively reveal that Pretty Little Liars: Summer School will hit Max this spring.
