The below terms and conditions apply to the All About Games Consulting UK Games Expo 2023 Giveaway.
1. Eligibility: The All About Games Consulting UK Games Expo 2023 Giveaway is open to all attendees of the UK Games Expo 2023 event who are 18 years of age or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the event organiser, sponsors, or partners are not eligible to participate.
3. Prize: The prize(s) will be displayed on Booth 1-852, and the winner(s) will be announced after the event on the All About Games Consulting social media accounts. The prize(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Winner selection: The winner(s) will be selected at random after UKGE 2023 from all eligible entries received during the event. The winner(s) will be notified via the email they provided when entering. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or do not respond within 7 days, another winner(s) will be selected at random.
5. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, the winner(s) consent to the use of their name, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without compensation or prior notice.
6. Liability: The event organiser, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to any person or property arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the prize(s).
7.Disqualification: The event organiser, sponsors, and partners reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent.
8.Changes: The event organiser, sponsors, and partners reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10.Data protection: The personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will be treated in accordance with the event organiser's privacy policy.
By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
