2024 Cincinnati Comic Expo- Northern Edition Application Details

The 2024 Cincinnati Comic Expo- Northern Edition, will be taking place at the Sharonville Convention Center. To accommodate this location, ALL exhibitors must apply before completing a registration to the event. This includes all dealers, vendors, merchandise retailers, artists, writers, crafters, etc.


All applications will be submitted, undergo review, and then an acceptance registration will be sent to complete the process of participating for the event. The process is so a balanced space of a variety of exhibitors is attending for all of the fans and participants. Accepted applicants will be limited to no more than 2 spaces. This will allow the event to accept an ample variety of exhibits. Special circumstances will be reviewed and considered for those seeking additional space.


With the limited space, applicants should use this form to establish their reasoning for being accepted to the 2024 Cincinnati Comic Expo. Share your best photos of displays and setup. List your newest and best projects, publications, work, or merchandise that will give the best quality of products available to those walking through the exhibit hall. Spaces are limited. The best of the best will receive approvals to attend.


Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Approved exhibitors will receive a registration link via GrowTix. You will have one week (7 days) from the time of the approval to complete the registration and pay for the space. After the deadline has expired, the invitation will be revoked, and the space will be forfeit.


ARTIST/WRITER/CRAFTER ALLEY TABLEĀ 

$240 each

Artists who sketch, paint, write, and publish comics, or draw custom sketch art (artists who sketch at the show and take commissions) as well as authors who have published books, comics, and other novels. Crafters who sew, stitch, forge, carve, and create unique items.

Includes: 8 ft table, 2 chairs, 2 exhibitor badges, and an ID sign.

Rules: Artists, writers, and crafters who created the work must be present at the event to sell their work. No walls of prints, banners, or displays over 10 feet tall. No crafted or mass-produced merchandise in this table community.

EXHIBITOR BOOTHS

$720 each corner/$590 each inline

Retailers with mass-produced merchandise including collectibles, artists with prints of licensed characters or stories, and crafters and creators that need more space for their display will find room in the standard exhibitor booth.

Booths will be setup in the main exhibit hall of the convention center.

Includes: 10x10 ft booth space, 8 ft table, 2 chairs, 2 Exhibitor badges, and an ID sign.


Information

Company Name is the name that your space will appear listed as in the Cincinnati Comic Expo app and on the floor map. You must fill in that registration space.

Please complete every line on the Billing Information. Even if you do not have an answer or normally fill in the box, such as Title, you can put an answer or NA. Every line of this form must have an answer or something typed in the box to continue to the next stage.

This registration is valid for the limited spaces that were applied and approved for. There is a limited time that this registration must be completed before it expires and is forfeited.


Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer

  1. The Cincinnati Comic Expo has created a family and fan friendly atmosphere. We seek to create a show for people of all ages and to make the entire event worth their while. Therefore: No nudity, X-rated or pornographic material is to be displayed.
  2. Passes supplied to or sold to the purchaser of this space are to be used by the exhibitor only. Passes may not be sold or given to anyone that is not to be in the exhibit space.
  3. Exhibitors are required to be set-up by start of the event. If you do not show up by start of the event you forfeit your space. No refund will be given and we are then authorized to resell your space.
  4. All sales are final. In the case that you are unable to appear and need to cancel, no refunds will be issued. No rollovers to future events are an option.
  5. Exhibitors are to keep all setup and merchandise in place until the show has concluded at 5pm on Sunday. Booths and tables are not to be torn down and/or packed while the show is in progress.
  6. The Sharonville Convention Center prohibits outside food or drink to be brought into the venue. Interested food/drink exhibitors must reach out to the Cincinnati Comic Expo and convention center before registering and receive written permission from the venue. This includes any interested parties with sample sizes, sealed bottles, etc.
  7. To the extent permitted by law, you the exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Cincinnati Comic Expo and its owner(s), its/their officers, directors, agents, volunteers and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses and expenses including reasonable legal fees and costs arising in whole or in part and in any manner from acts, omissions, breach or default of the Cincinnati Comic Expo, in connection with performance of any work by the Cincinnati Comic Expo, its officers, directors, agents, employees and subcontractors.
