The first thing you should do is to log on to the mail you used during JAMB registration.
Go to your inbox in your mail, check for previous mail messages gotten from JAMB, your profile code should be amongst the messages.
Through your Phone’s SMS
Another easy peasy way you can retrieve your code is through your messaging app in your phone.
Open your SMS app in your phone
Type “RESEND” in uppercase letters followed by a space as seen here.
Then, type your JAMB registration number after the space(make sure to type the correct number)
After that, send the message to the number 55019, you will receive a message containing your JAMB profile number.
Through JAMB Official Customer Care Support System
Lastly, you can retrieve your code through JAMB’s central online support system which you will find when you go to https://www.jamb.gov.ng/support
There are different support options located there; go to the option for “Candidate/General Support System”
Click on ‘create support ticket’ which is green
After that indicate that you are a candidate with a JAMB registration number
Then, a support ticket will be provided that contains details to be filled like; your registration number, nature of complaint(choose profile code), type of complaint (general) and the message you want to send to them, and then click on send.
You can also go to a physical JAMB office, locate their SERVICOM desk and lodge your complaint.
