This Spanish Mediterranean villa, called Villa La Ermita, is modernly furnished and perfect for a wonderful holiday in Javea.

The villa is located in the beautiful Montgo area and is situated in one of the higher streets. It therefore has a fantastic panoramic view of nature and the entire valley. Directly at the back, it has an impressive view of the Montgo mountain, which is particularly beautifully coloured at sunset. There is no better view than this!

The location of the villa is close to the old town but also the port of Javea and Playa Arenal are not far away. A small supermarket, which is open every day, is very close but also all other amenities and many restaurants are not far away. 

The villa is situated on a mountainside. The entrance is therefore on the top floor. The villa is characterized by large bright rooms with high ceilings. The living room is very spacious with a large sitting area, a fireplace, large dining table and a spacious extension overlooking the pond and the Montgo. Next to the living room is the spacious kitchen with all amenities. Next to it is the utility room with washing machine and dryer. From the living room is the large lovely covered terrace (= Naya) accessible. This can in the summer by the present fans give cool and it also keeps the mosquitoes away! Also on this floor is the master bedroom located with ensuite a spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower as well as ensuite a dressing room. The master bedroom has access to the terrace and it overlooks the valley. So you wake up with a beautiful view from your bed.

On the ground floor is a very large bedroom cum study located with an ensuite bathroom. On the other side is the guest flat. This flat can be reached via the stairs to the first floor but also has its own entrance on the side of the swimming pool. The villa is therefore very suitable to receive guests who have their own privacy with their own bedroom, bathroom, living room and even their own small kitchen. Finally, there is a large indoor garage but this is only accessible to the owners.

Basically, the villa is suitable for 6 adults but there are extra children's beds available. These can easily be added either in the very large bedroom on the ground floor or in the living area of the separate flat also situated on the ground floor. The villa is therefore very suitable for holidays with 2 families or together with Grandpa and Grandma.

In front of the house is a lovely recently renovated swimming pool with 2 thatched umbrellas under which it is good to relax with a book and a drink. The plot is closed by a fence and an automatic gate. The house is also equipped with a modern alarm system. Of course there is Wifi and satellite TV and all windows and doors have mosquito nets. The bedrooms and living room are all equipped with air conditioning.
