- In 1990 the Mühleisen company built a new organ for the Pauluskirche in Zuffenhausen. Consultant were Volker Lutz and Hans-Rudolf Krüger, organist of the church. The organ was inaugurated on September 13, 1990, followed by a week of celebrations full of concerts and activities. From the 42 planned stops, only thirty were realized. In 1996, the Schwellwerk was expanded with the Hautbois 8'.
- The instrument was renovated in 2011 and expanded with five new stops. It was then put into use again on November 27, 2011, the first Sunday of Advent. Consultant was Hans-Rudolf Krüger, organist of the church.
