The shoots are harvested just before they begin their 2nd phase of growth to guarantee the highest concentration of nutrients. Within hours of being harvested, the grass is juiced to remove all the indigestible fibre.

The juice is then immediately dried using the oxygen-free, low-temperature BioActive Dehydration process (an ambient temperature spray drying process that dries our products to a powder at less than 41°C (106°F) and causes virtually no thermal degradation to botanicals), which captures and preserves, in a raw state, the broadest spectrum of nutrients for a truly revitalising juice powder.
