But as understanding around the importance of early years nutrition grows, so too does the opportunity for manufacturers to meet demands for health and functionality. Laura creates and designs all the educational content in the Foodini Seasonal Club; a subscription based cook & craft club for kids aged 5-12 where the fun, colourful and child-led illustrated content has been helping families develop a happy healthy relationship with food for several years as the Foodini mantra is 'Kids who cook, eat!'

Instrumental in launching Organix's new range of Baby Meals and Kids Snacks in the UK, Mandy has also spearheaded nutritionally focused campaigns such as the recent A-Z of Great Food.

Mike Adams is Head of the Product Innovation team at Campden BRI, where he has worked for 8 years. Mike and his team deliver a wide range of NPD, reforumation, reasearch and testing activities for clients across the global food and drink industry. Free from has been a key part of their service offering for many years, with projects across bakery, beverage and other cateogories, including development and redevelopment of product ranges, assessment of new ingredients and consultancy on quality issues. Mike has a background in R&D within the food industry

Dr. Sara Colombo Mottaz heads up Medical, Scientific and Regulatory Affairs for the Nutrition business of Nestlé which provides a wide range of products and services across every life stage – from pre-conception to adult nutrition. With a pharmacist degree and PhD in Clinical Pharmacology, Sara has a strong background in academia, proven entrepreneurship and extensive experience in nutrition including through her tenure at Nestlé Research and Development looking after the company’s long-term research pipeline for nutrition solutions in a child’s early years as well as end-to-end clinical trials at Nestlé’s Clinical Research Unit encompassing some 70 trials worldwide.
