Black brains is a youth led; non-profit organization determined to assist all youth in Bangladesh. In 2017, we started our journey with a dream to generate innovative and sustainable solution for ongoing crisis. We envision a future when world class corporate culture will be established in this country. Over the years we have introduced various social business ideas and model like Medisheba, Corporate Simulation Program, Lighthouse, Torch, Table of youth brains and Ideation 1.0 Through our initiative we believe in the near future our skilled young professionals will replace all the foreign executives.

"Black Brains" is the initiator of World’s 1st Corporate Simulation Program. Corporate Simulation Program (CSP) is a 14 days internship program, designed exclusively for undergraduate students at free of cost. In a limited time period, the interns can gain proper knowledge about corporate culture, behavior, environment with many grooming sessions and related tasks. Our aim is to reduce the confusion about corporate culture to the young individuals and introduce them to the real corporate world to help them to reach their desired destination. We help our interns to give a jump-start towards their corporate career.

Table of Youth Brains (TYB) :
It is a unique platform designed to represent clubs from different universities across the country and their pursuits during this COVID-19 period.
Torch- In 2021, we successfully published our first online magazine. It tells about our mission, vision and includes details of our initiatives with motivating words written by the honorable mentors.

Ideation 1.0 :
It’s our first ever idea compaction which comprehensively planned to solve any problems and enhance our Metropolitan city life, leading us to a better life style.

Black brains app- An app especially designed for our virtual interns of Corporate Simulation Program.

Purpose of the app :
1. To get clear idea about our organization and our initiatives
2. To store the record of interns’ office reporting
3. To view task related information, schedule and personal inbox for solving issues
4. To make tasks more organized and user-friendly.
5. To evaluate interns work, get reviews and manage them effectively
