This is a monthly event
● Opens - 6th Of the month 12pm SLT
● Closes - 30th Of the month 12pm SLT
15th - 25th Reservation /Payment Room ( Payment for the booth is required upon reservation )
30th after 12pm SLT designers collect items or it will be returned by staff have a (16 hours to do so )
30th 4am SLT Setup begins
4th Setup closes and send vendor pics to our email - elevateevent6@gmail.com
5th Late Setup extension with extra cost fee (1000L$) as booths still will need to be approved by staff
● Setup starts - 30th of the month
● Setup closes - 4th Of the month
Spring PROMOTION 50% Discount ( May and June )
● Regulars Booth - L$1,000 = 40 prim
Late set ups will have an extension fee of $L1000
(Deadline is 5th the very latest, as booths need to be approved)
Prompt response is greatly appreciated, as meticulous planning and setup are integral to the success of our event.
░░▒▓█████████▓▒░░INFORMATION░░▒▓█████████▓▒░░
● FREE THEME - Most Rounds are free theme unless we have special occasions/holidays (Christmas etc.) In which case you will be notified before the current round ends.
● Full perm mesh acceptable as long as the texturing quality is to standard.
● Items MUST be new creations for your store, and should only be released in main store when the event ends.
● Copyright infringement is strongly prohibited.
● It is completely forbidden to create for ELEVATE6 that Linden Lab deems harmful including any content that is illegal, harassing or violates any person´s rights. ELEVATE6 will have the right to delete any items that violate that rules.
● It is the designer’s responsibility to check group notices and respond to setup managers if messaged
or sent a note card.
● It is the responsibility of the designers to be in contact with management if they are unable to setup in time at the event or if they have to drop the event for the current round. All we are asking for is communication.
● ELEVATE6 reserves the right to refuse refunds under any circumstances.
● Must have event kiosk clearly in main store.
░░▒▓█████████▓▒░░SETUP RULES░░▒▓█████████▓▒░░
● Decoration is only allowed inside the booth.
(unless permission granted for larger items)
● Your logo must be visible.
● No floating text or anything that risks lag, Only vendor scripts.
(if you are unsure ask a member of staff)
●It´s Required 1exclusive creation or two (2) items that are previous releases in your booth set with a discount of 15%+
● It´s mandatory to send your vendor(s) picture to the event email by the 4th:
(elevateevent6@gmail.com)
● We kindly request everyone to maintain flexibility and open communication during setup to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
● Please ensure that you do not exceed the specified amount of prims required, as fairness for all participants is essential.
