15th EUTH - Phase 2 Registration and Slot Finalization
⛪️ Tournament Details
    - Date and time: 27th-30th January 2024, full-day (Two days of preliminary rounds and two days of break rounds)
    - Location: Chulalongkorn University
    - Format: Asian Parliament
    - Participation: Secondary school and varsity institutions only (No composite teams)
    - Tournament Cap: 50 Teams (May expand)
    - Registration Fee: free of charge
    - Judge policy: N=1 (Every team is required to bring one team adjudicator. More details below.)

📝 Registration Process
[FINISHED] Phase 1 (November 14 - December 8, 2023) - Institution Registration (for slot reservation)
    - Kindly appoint a contact person to fill up the necessary registration details. The contact person will receive an email regarding the number of slots granted. Please wait for this tentative confirmation before proceeding to the next phase. 

Phase 2 (December 15, 2023 - January 5, 2024) - Slot Finalization
    - New institutions can still register during this phase.
    - Institutions that wish to request more slots or drop teams from their original reservation can do so during this phase.
    - At the end of this phase, the contact person will receive an email regarding the final number of slots granted.

Phase 3 (January 8 - January 15, 2024) - Team Registration
    - The contact person will receive an email with a form for each team to fill in their information. Make sure to fill up all necessary details. 
    - A final email will be sent to confirm your registration.

🏆 Team Policy
    - A team must consist of three persons who are currently studying at the same educational institution.
    - There will be novice breaks. Novice teams are teams where the 15th EUTH is either the first or second tournament for all 3 debaters.

🥇 Judge Policy
    - We use the rule of N=1, meaning that every team is required to bring one team adjudicator and thus each institution is required to send judges more than or equal to the number of teams they are sending.
    - A judge may be a teacher, a student, a parent, or anyone who is interested in judging debates.
    - Judge training will be provided before the tournament. The details will be announced later on the official page provided below. We highly encourage judges to sign up.
    - In case of an utter impossibility to find a judge, please contact us via the email provided below.
