Receptionists manage clients, visitors, and phone calls in an expert and efficient manner. The receptionist must conduct a variety of clerical responsibilities that contribute to the appearance and operation of an academic institution. EXIM Bank receptionists are responsible for assisting customers in a seamless and efficient manner while adhering to all protocols in accordance with EXIM Bank’s aims, strategy, and values.

Duties and responsibilities
- Duties include answering phones, directing calls, and conveying messages.
- Offering information to calls, greeting visitors, and directing them to the correct destination.
- Responding to consumer inquiries and requests.
- Writing letters and paperwork, receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and keep an appointment diary, either online or manually.
- Demonstrates strong judgment in managing difficult customer situations, responding quickly to their needs, soliciting feedback to improve service, and responding to requests for assistance.
- Adapts to changing work demands and unexpected delays.
- Dependability: to follow directions, accept responsibility for their acts, and uphold commitments.
- Quality management involves identifying ways to improve and promote quality.
