Registration Guidelines

The details of the Pre-Conference fee, payment method, and the Google Form are given below. Complete the registration as per the instructions and upload the payment slip through the Google Form.

Step I: Payment of the Pre-Conference Workshop fee

All participants are required to register and pay their registration fee. Pay the registration fee either in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or USD ($). A copy of the payment slip should be submitted along with the requested details through the registration form given in Step II.

Payment Procedure

• The payment can be made online or at any People’s Bank branch using a deposit slip.
• For online payments, use “AyurEx 2024-W” as the reason for the payment in the description.
• For deposit slip payments, use “AyurEx 2024 Pre-Conference Workshop or AyurEx 2024-W” as the reason for the payment.
• Refrain from using Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) for payments.
• Ensure that the name of the participant and the address of the participant are included in all bank payment slips and online payment proof materials.
• Retain your payment receipt regardless of the payment method and present it to the Pre-Conference Workshop registration desk located at the University.
