Now, before you dive into the excitement of the GearLaunch Famarathon, let's go through the important Terms & Conditions to ensure a smooth and fair competition for all participants.
The chances of winning will depend on each participant’s total number of sales.
Sales volume for prize qualification shall be calculated based on the total units sold by each Partner between April 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM (PST) and June 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM (PST).
Famarathon 2024 is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years old or older, as well as valid business entities, that:
(a) are already registered as Partners of GearLaunch.com as of April 1, 2024
(b) register and are approved as Partners of GearLaunch.com between April 1, 2024 and June 30, 2024.
(c) The account owner must be from Bangladesh and the account must be signed up from the Bangladesh region.
All individuals and/or entities that are Partners in good standing as of the start of GearLaunch Famarathon 2024 will be automatically eligible to win.
Individuals who aren‘t Partners but want to join the Famarathon 2024 must first visit GearLaunch’s website at GearLaunch.com, complete the applicable registration process, and receive an email confirmation.
All completed registrations must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (PST) on the last day of the contest program period in order to be eligible for a prize. The GearLaunch.com database clock will be the official timekeeper for this contest. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest.
Each GearLaunch Partner shall have the opportunity to win a prize beyond the profits from selling GearLaunch products and/or services. Prizes will be awarded to Partners as TICKETS: based on the number of sales earned during the challenge.
For purposes of these Rules, “Sales” shall be defined as all products sold by a Partner of GearLaunch, not including any subsequent deductions for canceled orders, refunded orders, chargebacks, or other disqualifying events (collectively, “Chargebacks”). Sold units from the takedown campaign due to legal issues, chargeback, fraud, refund, and from disabled stores during this promotion period are not counted toward our content.
ALL DETERMINATIONS REGARDING PROFITS AND CHARGEBACKS SHALL BE MADE BY GEARLAUNCH IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION PURSUANT TO GEARLAUNCH.COM TERMS AND CONDITIONS AVAILABLE AT GEARLAUNCH.COM.
All potential winners will be notified via email, within approximately two working weeks after potential winners are picked. It will take another 4 – 6 weeks for the tickets to be sent to the winners.
“Notification” is deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending an email. In order for a potential winner to claim their prize, they must respond within seven (7) business days of Notification and may be required to sign and return additional documents required by GearLaunch. Failure to comply within this time period, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable or not returned properly executed, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, or not in compliance with these Official Rules, will result in the potential winner forfeiting the prize.
No cash rewards; cash redemption is not available. There is no restriction on the number of tickets per seller. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. All prizes are non-transferable.
