      I am writing this review after using for more than 2 years. It worked well for initial 6-7 months. After that, it started making loud fan noise. The LG engineer came for a visit and was unable to identify the issue. He just did not do anything and charged us for a visit. After the visit, it slowly stopped cooling over next few weeks. Then again we scheduled an engineer visit from LG. They asked us to replace a part which costs around 1450 and also pay service charges of 750. The fridge worked fine for next 5 months and again stopped cooling suddenly. This time we just shut it off for a couple of days and turned it on afterwards and it again worked well for 3-4 months. This is the worst refrigerator ever and on top of that, LG customer service is of no use. I don't even know why they even exist.
