Hosts - Serves as Host during the Summit's Events or Programs.
Liaison Officers - Coordinates with the participants, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information. Ensures a smooth participant experience (including the pre-event communication). Shall report to the Event Organizers regarding any feedback of participants for day to day improvement. [Must have a pleasing personality, Able to commit to stay in-close and in-charge of guests from the other Ateneo schools]
Logistics Committee - Manages logistical concerns (including venue logistics, accommodation, transportation, coordination of materials and supplies, and stage design) before the event and during the event. Shall serve as runners on the day of the event.
Marketing and Promotions Committee - Designs publication materials and event designs. Manages over-all marketing social media, press releases. Responsible for documentation, notes the speakers'/participants' remarkable quotes.
Performers - Will perform as part of the program in particular events (Acoustic Performance).
Program Committee - Oversees the entire event (including the planning phase and the execution of program), the promotion, marketing, and production activities. Manages the floor during the event day/s. Coordinates with other organizations for collaboration.
Technology and AV Support Committee - Manages technical support and audio-visual requirements during the event.
Tour Guide - Provides facts and guide the participants on the City Tour and Community Learning Day.
