- Wi-Fi Router:TP-LINK Archer A10 Pro

- Router (TP-LINK Archer A10 Pro)
- Wired LAN for Internet connection
- LAN Cable
- Use the one that comes with the router.
- Router configuration file ( HADO-ArcherA10Pro-config.bin)
- Copy it to your desktop.
- PC for router setting
- There is no need to prepare a PC other than the PC Server (Windows).
※A separate wired LAN adapter may be used if the router setting PC does not have a wired LAN port.
> Setup preparationSetup preparation

Connect the Ethernet port 1 of the router to the LAN port of the PC for router setting.
※ At this time, do not connect anything to the Internet port (blue terminal) of the router yet.
> DHCP settings for the networkDHCP settings for the network
In order to set up the router, you need to set the network setting to DHCP (automatic IP address acquisition)
If your network uses fixed IP addresses, please reset to fixed IP once all settings have been completed

Right-click on the Wi-Fi icon at the bottom right of the desktop and click Open Network and Sharing Center

Click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and select Properties

If Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically have already been selected
Click OK to close the window

If Use the following IP address or Use the following DNS server addresses are selected
Make a note of the current IP values

Select Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically, and click OK

Click on the Apple icon at the top left of the desktop and click on System Preferences ...

※If Configure IPv4 is set to Using DHCP

Network setup is unnecessary. Proceed to the router setup procedures

If Configure IPv4 is set to Manually
Make a note of the current IP values
> Set Up the RouterSet Up the Router
> Login to the RouterLogin to the Router

Access http://tplinkwifi.net from the browser
※ Enter pass810 and pass810 on the screen when logging in for the first time, and click Start .
※There is a language change setting in the upper right of the screen, please change the language if necessary. -
When logging in from the second time onward, enter the following account information and log in.
Password : pass810
> Upgrade FirmwareUpgrade Firmware

Connect a wired LAN cable that can connect to the Internet to the router's Internet port (blue terminal).
- When no firmware updates are available, Your firmware is up to date is displayed as above
> Import SettingsImport Settings

Select ADVANCED → LAN→Set IP Address to 192.168.11.1 →Set Subnet Mask to 255.255.255.0

Select Advanced →Wireless Setting→ 5GHz →Enter ✅ in Enable Wireless Radio→Make the following settings.
- Network Name(SSID) : HADO-5Ghz
※If you have more than one router, please set Network Name(SSID) to a different name. - Security : WPA/WPA2-Personal (Recommended)
- Version : Auto
- Enctyption : Auto
- Password : hado2468
- Mode : 802.11ac.only
- Channel width : Please choose the appropriate Channel Width according to the actual situation, and don’t repeat it with other routers
- Channel : Please choose the appropriate Channel according to the actual situation, and don’t repeat it with other routers
- Transmlt Power : High
- Network Name(SSID) : HADO-5Ghz

Tap to Save after setting.

Advanced → 5GHz → Confirm Network Name(SSID) displays HADO-5GHz

Select Advanced →Wireless Setting→ 2.4GHz →2.4Ghz is not used, so disable it and Tap Save

It is recommended to make a backup, please save it on the PC desktop, so that it is convenient to set up the router when needed.
> Restore Network SettingsRestore Network Settings
- If network settings were changed from static IP to DHCP while setting up the router, follow these procedures to restore static IP

Right-click on the Wi-Fi icon at the bottom right of the desktop and click Open Network and Sharing Center

Click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and select Properties

Fill in all the values that were previously noted down and click OK

Click on the Apple icon at the top left of the desktop and click on System Preferences ...

Change Configure IPv4 to Manually, enter all the values that were previously noted down, and click Apply
Completed.
