ขอทำหนังสือฉบับนี้เพื่อแสดงว่าข้าพเจ้าตกลงยินยอมให้บริษัท เก็บ รวบรวม ใช้ หรือ เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของข้าพเจ้าที่มีอยู่กับบริษัทฯ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้ / Request to make this letter to show that I agree that the company collects, uses or discloses my personal information that I have with the company for the following purpose.
1. การจอง/การซื้อขายรถยนต์ รวมรถยนต์ใช้แล้ว ภายใต้ชื่อทางการค้า เอ็มจี บริการ รวมถึงบริการหลังการขาย จาก “บริษัทฯ” บริษัทในกลุ่ม บริษัทย่อย บริษัทในเครือ ผู้จำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้ง และ/หรือ พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ บริษัทประกันภัย และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจของ “บริษัทฯ” ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถนำไปใช้ตามฐานกฎหมายอื่นได้
Booking/trading vehicle, used vehicle under the trade name MG, service including after sales service from the company, group companies, subsidiaries companies, affiliates companies, authorized dealer and/or business partners, insurance company and services related to the business of the “company” in the event that it cannot be used under other law.
2. กิจกรรมทางด้านการตลาดและการติดต่อสื่อสาร เพื่อทำการตลาด การทำตลาดซ้ำ การสื่อสาร ข้อเสนอพิเศษ การเสนอโปรโมชั่น การแจ้งเตือน การแจ้งข่าวสารและข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ รวมถึงการใช้ภาพถ่ายที่ทำร่วมกับเอ็มจี และผู้จำหน่ายเอ็มจี
Marketing and communication activities to do marketing, remarketing, communications, special offers, promotional offers, notifications, news and product information, product development including pictures of activities with MG and Dealers.
3. เพื่อปกป้องสิทธิประโยชน์ของ “บริษัทฯ” ปกป้องสิทธิ ทรัพย์สิน ความปลอดภัย หรือการดำเนินการของ “บริษัทฯ” หรือของบริษัทในกลุ่ม บริษัทย่อย บริษัทในเครือ หรือลูกค้า หรือบุคคลอื่น ๆ / To protect the rights of the company, its rights, property, safety or operations of the company or its group companies, subsidiaries company, affiliates company or customers or other persons.
4. สำหรับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ละเอียดอ่อน เพื่อเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เก็บรักษา เปิดเผย และ/หรือ โอนไปยังต่างประเทศ ซึ่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ละเอียดอ่อนของลูกค้า เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ต่าง ๆ ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ต้องได้รับความยินยอม นอกจากนี้ลูกค้ายังมีสิทธิที่จะถอนความยินยอมได้ แต่การถอนความยินยอมจะไม่กระทบต่อความชอบด้วยกฎหมายของการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้าที่ “บริษัทฯ” ได้มา โดยอาศัยความยินยอมของลูกค้าก่อนที่จะถอนความยินยอม / For sensitive personal data to collect, use, store, disclose and/or transfer to foreign countries which the sensitive personal information of customers for various purposes as required by law, consent is required. 5. ผู้จำหน่าย และ/หรือ ตัวแทนขายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้ง ในบางครั้ง “บริษัทฯ” อาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลและได้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากผู้จำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งที่ลูกค้าเลือก หรืออยู่ใกล้กับลูกค้า เพื่อให้บริการแก่ลูกค้า / Authorized dealer and/or designated sales representatives, from time to time, the “company” may disclose information and obtain personal information from an authorized selected by the customer or close to the customer to provide services to customers.
6. บริษัทจะไม่เก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เกินกว่าระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด และระยะเวลาการเรียกร้องสิทธิหรืออายุความฟ้องร้องดำเนินคดีในทางแพ่ง (10 ปี) กรณีข้อมูลภาพเคลื่อนไหวจะเก็บไว้เป็นเวลา 90 วัน / The company will not keep personal information beyond the time limit specified by law and the period of claim or civil litigation period (10 years) in case of motion picture data will be kept for 90 days.
7. การถอนความยินยอมจะถอนเมื่อใดก็ได้ เว้นแต่จะมีข้อจำกัดสิทธิการถอนความยินยอมตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้ / Withdrawal of consent may be withdrawn at any time unless there are restrictions on the right of withdrawal of consent required by law.
