Kwem: One of the identified trends to closing civic space has been anti-rights narratives, and this collectively manifests anti-rights actors and movement, organizing and challenging bodily autonomy, defining who belongs, who is valuable, and who is not, limiting freedom of movement, and perpetrating an illusion of separateness between the planet and people, and the restrictions on protest and those who push back against anti-rights organizing. So what is a solution? And we are saying this is just one of many solutions, and that is building narrative power and I believe that that's why we're all here, that we know, and we continue to explore the power of narratives.
