Many community groups, local churches, and the Toy Lift organization contact us each year to see if any families in our school community could use assistance with fall coats, winter clothing, winter toys, and other needs. If you are interested in receiving assistance, please fill out this form so we can pass the information along to the appropriate groups.
We cannot guarantee that any or all of your requests will be filled, but the organizations do the best they can.
Completing this form allows us to share your information with outside organizations so they may fill your requests.
